2-3 months contract with a Local Authority Job Summary: • London Borough of Haringey is seeking an Estate Management Surveyor (Senior Commercial Surveyor) to join the Capital Projects and Property team at Alexandra House. This is an interim role from 1 February 2026 to 26 April 2026, working 40 hours per week (09:00–17:00). • The role provides professional property management and strategic advice across the Council’s portfolio, contributing to economic regeneration, development projects, and efficient management of assets valued at approximately £2.77 billion. • The postholder will support councillors, senior stakeholders, and internal teams, translating business strategies into actionable property and commercial outcomes. 3 months contract with a Local Authority Job Summary: • Newport City Council is seeking a Driver/General Operative (Grade 4) to join its Building Services & Maintenance / Waste Management team on a temporary 12-week contract to provide sickness cover. • The role involves carrying out contractual street cleansing duties and, where operationally required, driving Council vehicles, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with Council standards. 2-3 months contract with a Local Authority Job Summary: • The London Borough of Islington is seeking an experienced Development Partnerships Manager (Interim) to provide vacancy cover within the New Homes and Corporate Landlord service. • The role will lead on the delivery of new housing supply on council-owned land through partnership and alternative delivery models, with a strong focus on maximising the delivery of genuinely affordable, high-quality and energy-efficient homes. • Reporting to the Head of Development and Partnerships, the postholder will lead complex development partnerships, oversee financial and viability appraisals, secure funding, manage consultants and delivery partners, and ensure all governance, legal and financial requirements are met.
